I use to be controlled by food. I was addicted to sugar and carbs. Now I’m a smaller healthy version of myself. I am a certified Master Life, Health and Wellness, Weight loss, Mindset, Transformation, and Keto Coach.
I dieted on and off for years with little to no success. I counted points, I looked into already prepared foods, but I didn’t want to eat something I did not make myself. I did not want to spend all the money on food that probably tasted horrible and I could not substantiate the cost.
It wasn’t until I found the Ketogenic diet and implemented habit based dieting that I saw real results and wasn’t depriving myself. So using the Ketogenic approach, I cut out sugars, grains, and limited my carbs but I didn’t do it overnight.
Through Keto and habit change I have lost 55 pounds, 7 inches off my waist, and dropped 13% body fat. I also reversed all of my bad health markers.
These results are what made me decide to become a Master Life, Mindset and Health Coach. I didn’t want others to have to go through what I did. I knew I could teach others my methods and get them long-term sustainable results that they’ve never received before.
